How often are you delighted by the tools that you use during your professional life as a physio or personal trainer? When was the last time that your exercise prescription software made you smile for no reason? Those might seem like silly questions, but they are a driving force to the BPM Rx mission.Working one-on-one with clients to achieve improved health and fitness is deeply rewarding, but it can also be draining. I’ve been there. I understand the struggle. With that in mind, the BPM Rx exercise illustration library is sprinkled with a few “Easter eggs” to brighten your day.Sometimes these Easter eggs are novel or funny movements. Sometimes they are references to popular memes or personalities in the strength and conditioning world.I’m not going to give them away - that would defeat the purpose. You have to find them on your own! But if you know anything about my movement background, and who I follow or interact with on social media, then you might have a head start on uncovering some of the eggs.As you look for new exercise illustrations, try entering unique searches into the search box. You never know what you might find. It’s one little attempt to bring some extra fun to your day.As always, I’m all ears for listening to suggestions to improving the BPM Rx experience. The backlog of new exercises to illustrate never seems to shrink, but I welcome your suggestions. Likewise, feel free to message me with any other ways that you would like to see the software enhanced.LET'S HELP THE WORLD GET MOVING! Posted 4 years ago by BPMRx Administrator
